Mother's Day Rose Cake

I know this is a late post but we celebrated Mother's Day late in our family. I made the below cake for my mom. I used Wilton Tip 1M to make the rosettes all over the cake. It was super easy and looked really fun. It did take a lot more frosting than I anticipated though! So definitely make extra!

100 {and nine...} Words on My Mom

I could never describe in 100 words how wonderful my mom is. There really are not enough words in the world to do the job. She has been my best friend for as long as I can remember. She is a beautiful, smart, kind, loving, and inspirational woman.  She has taught me so many things throughout the years but nothing as important as second chances. I was not an easy child to deal with and my mom never gave up on me. She is resilient and compassionate. She is fun and funny. She is the best mom in the entire world. How did I get to be so lucky?
