Quillan Isaiah: One Year

It's hard to believe that my sweet baby Quillan is now a year old! He weighs in at a whopping 18 lbs 5 oz (3rd percentile) and is 29 inches long (25th percentile) His head circumference is 17.5 inches (5th percentile) He still has hardly any hair but what he does have is red! He is wearing mostly 12 month clothes.

Quillan loves chasing balls, cars, anything with music, being thrown, being tickled, eating, and swings. He hates wearing shoes and hats. He is a very easy going baby. He sleeps all night and goes to bed by nursing and being rocked with his pacifier. He takes a nap every morning around 10am and usually another afternoon/evening nap as well. He is still breastfed and also enjoys eating EVERYTHING else! He has four teeth. 

He doesn't walk yet but he crawls everywhere. He can pull himself up to stand but cannot stand on his own. He doesn't show really any interest in it yet. The doctor predicts he will be 14-15 months before he is walking. He babbles and likes to make car sounds or blow raspberries. He makes some very funny faces. He smiles all the time. 

We are very blessed by his presence in our family.
