Slimming Down In The New Year

The new year is quickly approaching and with it come the resolutions. Every year we promise ourselves we will eat better, exercise more, and lose weight. We promise to get organized, to stop procrastinating, to volunteer more, and be distracted less.

I no longer make resolutions because I don't keep them. But I do make goals. Some of my goals for this year are the usual - drink more water and eat healthier. I want to set a better example for my children. Some of my other goals are to tackle our basement, which needs some SERIOUS organization, and to start flossing again.
