We love to snack in our family. The boys are always asking for "something to eat" and I have to admit I struggle with snacking too much as well. Now that I'm attempting to lose weight, I am on the look out for some wholesome food for snacks. I just recently found Quaker Soft Baked Bars and can't wait to try them. They come in two flavors that both sound delicious -- Banana Nut Bread and Cinnamon Pecan Bread. Yum, right? They are only 140 calories and contain 6 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber to keep us nice and full until our next meal.
The Quaker Soft Baked Bar can be eaten on the go -- perfect for road trips or a snack when we're out and about at the mall, park, or library. They can also be warmed in the microwave for a breakfast snack and a real treat that tastes just like the real thing! The kids want cinnamon rolls for breakfast? No time? Just warm up a Quaker Soft Baked Bar and you're good to go! I think I am going to especially like the Banana Nut Bread flavor as banana bread is one of my favorite treats! We'll be looking for these on our next grocery store visit -- will you??
